In-Store Consultation FAQs
Do you offer in-store consultations on Sunday and Monday?
Book a private, one-on-one session in our store between 9 am and 5 pm on Sundays and Mondays for $45/hr, deductible from orders over $1,000 made within two weeks.
If I bring the measurements for my windows, would you be able to give me an estimate for the draperies on the spot?
To get a quote, we need your measurements. Check our guide on taking them correctly. Your quote will reflect your measurements and chosen fabric. For optimal fabric selection, please bring any relevant pictures or samples.
I am not sure which window treatment style will work best in my home or business, can you help me with that?
That’s what we do best! When you choose us to work on your project, we are there for you from start to finish, helping you with the fabric selection and recommending the best styles for your decor and your needs. Our designers are very knowledgeable, and they will give you a lot of information and tools to help you make the best decision.
What if I feel I need additional help following my in-store consultation? Can I book Shop@Home at this point?
